Interactive session – No Child Left Invisible
We are hardwired to seek connections, to love, to be loved and to belong. A child who grows up in a home, a family, a school and a neighborhood with a sense of belonging has already got a head start in life. She has grown up with ‘I am worthy, I am welcomed and I belong’ and carries a deep sense of security and well-being that can provide her with the vaccine for the worst knocks in her life. We need to actively build emotionally safe, inclusive ecosystems for our children where they can be given space just to be who they are. Where they can be accepted with all their frailties and weaknesses. And where no child is left invisible.
